Div 1 Week 26 – Windsor – 5 September

The division bowled 4 pins over average at Windsor with 54 200 games and 14 600 series. The high game went to Kim Morris 269 followed by Alex Sole 249, Chris Gervacio 245, Shane Brown and reserve Mark Cordingly 241, Mark Ward and Paul Katar 237, Alan Shephard 236, Andrew Parker 234 and Michael Brown and Dean Ainsworth 229. The series went to Alex 657, Andrew and Chris 651, Mark Ward 649, Michael 645, Kim 628, David Knott 621, Chris Hampshire 516, Shane 614 and Josh Vanderkolk 611. The ladies high game went to Sarah Heath and reserve Renee Pepper both with 217, Trudy Gould 213, Janelle Crass 210, Amy Brown 201, Kayleen WATTS 199, Janelle again 198, Monique Rusin 195 and Sandra Stanshall 194. The series went to Janelle 601, Sarah 580, Renee 577, Sandra 574, Amy 550, Trudy 543, Kayleen 537, Monique 523, Michelle Simmonds 501 and Janice Edwards 500.

Leaders Wetherill Park Bandits played 2nd place Tenpin City Tomahawks and won 11-8 to stretch their lead to 11 points. Campbelltown Cougars in 3rd won 13-6, while 4th place Lidcombe Lightning won 16-3 to close the gap to 3rd to 1 point. 5th place Bateau Bay Reaper Crew played 6th place Fairfield Fireballs and won 13-6 to push the gap between them to 11½ points. Shelly Rogues scored 16 on the bye while Mittagong Warriors won 13-6 to close out the round. The high game went to Warriors 1047, followed by Bandits 1034 and Cougars 995. The series went to Reaper Crew 2921 followed by Cougars and Lightning on 2899.

Div 2 Week 29 – Tenpin City – 5 September

The division bowled 3 pins over average at Tenpin City with 48 200 games and 9 6 00 series. The high game went to Allan Taylor 259, Ewan Thomas 258, Garry Graham 248, Leon Keith 247, Harry Collins 246, Ray Dillon and Ron Mitreski 237, with Rob again on 232 together with Jared Kirkland, John Carrer and Steve Fairbairn. The series went to Rob 669, followed by Ewan 655, Allan 651, Ray Dillon, Ray Vandine and Leon all on 636, Jared 609 and Harry and Chris Bedwell 608. The ladies high game went to Rose Lucas 205, Annette Simmonds 203, Leonie Ince 203, Rebeccanne Farr, Sandra Burchall and Kay Ginger all on 200, Margaret Rogers 189, reserve Christine Pulbrook 187 and Kay with a pair of 179’s. The series went to Kay 558, followed by Rebeccanne 512, Annette 501, Leonie 495, Christine 484, Sandra 482, Maz Wentworth-Perry 480, Rose 472 and Margaret 468.

Leaders Bowlarama Alley Catz played 2nd place Bowlarama Hotshots and won a close game 10-9 and stretched the gap as 3rd place Campbelltown City Stingers lost 15-4 to Gosford Grenades. Campbelltown City Alleygators closed the gap on 3rd place to 1 point winning 11-8 while Western Warriors also won 11-8 to be only 1 point further back. The other big winner on the day was Wetherill Park Piranhas who won 15-4, while Strathfield Superchargers won 13-6 and Tenpin City Terriers 12-7. The high game went to Alley Catz 1008, Strathfield Tigers 1005 and Grenades 978. The series went to Grenades 2855, followed by Superchargers 2822 and Alley Catz 2782.

Div 3 Week 29 – Wetherill Park – 5 September

The division bowled 4 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 26 200 games and 6 600 series. The high game went to Bob Quinn 266, followed by Robert Ciacciarelli and Matt Jeffress 244, Mark Ellison with 238 and 236, Nick Frost 226, David Latham 225, Bruce Worrell 222, reserve Kyle Keith-Wheatley 221 and Nathan Bracey 217 and 215. The series went to Mark 654, Bob 650, Robert 619, Matt 614, Nick 612, Brad Cook 611, Bruce 598, Nathan 591 and Daniel Prince 580. The ladies high game went t o Marianne Keith with 204 and 189, Rita Harris 183, Maxine Jones 181, Jane Austin and Rita again 180, Ros Shepherd 179, Janine Hendry 177, Julie Strickland 175 and Lorraine Hazelwood and Rita again 174. The series went to Marianne 559, Rita 537, Julie and Janine 500, Ros 490, Lorraine 483, Jane 482, Debbie van der Meer 470 and Maxine 467.

Leaders Campbelltown City Chiefs suffered a rare loss going down 15-4 to Strathfield Dragons but still maintaining a 19 point lead even after Wetherill Park All Stars won 14-5. 3rd place Strathfield Saints lost 14-5 against 4th place Wetherill Park Rangers but are still 32 points behind. Lidcombe Grimreapers scored 13, Wetherill Park All Stars 14, Windsor Cannons 13½, Lidcombe Roaring Tigers 12 and Windsor Wags 12½. The high game went to All Stars 983, Rangers 904 and Dragons 898. The series went to All Stars 2744, Dragons 2645 and Rangers 2614
