Division 1 Week 3 – Gosford Bowl – 13 February
The division bowled 7 pins under average at Gosford with 34 200 games and 3 600 series. The high game went to Kim Morris 255, followed by Shane Brown 245, Alan Shepherd 236, Alex Sole 231, Lachlan Gurney and Bill Greaves 220, reserve Steve Warren and Tony Zumbo 216 and Dean Ainsworth and John Pope 215. The series went to Kim 662, Steve 614, Tony 605, Shane 597, Dean 587, Bill 583, Chris Hampshire 579, Chris Arthur and Chris Cooper 563 and Peter Daly and Shane Bond 561. The ladies high game went to Leigh Shepherd 225, Trudy Gould 220, Janelle Crass 214, Sarah Heath 212, Trudy again 201, Annette Bateup 201, Michelle Simmonds 200 and Lisa Love 194. Leaders Wetherill Park Guns won 11½ - 7½ but dropped to 2nd as Strathfield Sandbaggers scored 15 points against 3rd position Windsor 9 or Better to move up to top spot pushing Windsor down to 10th. Lidcombe Lightning scored 14 to move into 3rd spot while Campbelltown Cougars won a close game 10-9 to move into equal 4th spot with Lidcombe Rumble who scored 14. Wetherill Park Phoenix scored 16 points and Campbelltown Rebels 11 points. The high game went to Lightning 958, just ahead of Sandbaggers and Rebels, both on 957. The series went to Lightning 2720, followed by Sandbaggers 2717 and Guns 2631.
Division 2 Week 2 – Windsor Bowl – 13 February
The division bowled 6 pins under average with 22 200 games and 4 600 series. The high game went to Derek Kellard with 246, followed by Michael Burrows 235, Ray Vandine 227, reserve Daniel Prince 226, Joe Wrublewski 225, Wolf Miller 215, Joseph Otera 214 and Ray Dillon, Nick Liem and Michael again 213. The series went to Derek 648, Daniel 636, Michael 621, Allan Taylor 608, Graeme Pulbrook 587, Ray Vandine 583, reserve Bob Cohen 566, Joe 565 and Wolf 560. Leaders Tenpin City Ban dits lost 10-9 to Gosford Grenades, but hung onto top spot by 1 point as Strathfield Sharks jumped from 8th to equal 2nd with 14 points and Windsor Wanderers scored 11 to join them on 22 points, up from 5th. Tenpin City Slickers won 14-5 to move into 4th spot while Lidcombe Lyrebirds scored 13½ and Windsor Rockets 13. The high game went to Slickers 925, followed by Sharks 917 and Bandits 888. The series went to Sharks 2669, Slickers 2636 and Wanderers 2530.
Division 3 Week 2 – Wetherill Park – 13 February
The division bowled 3 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 18 200 games and 3 600 series. The high game went to Angela Francis with 268, a new BST Div 3 record, and 236, followed by Janine Hendry 202, Julie Strickland 189 and 185, Ros Shepherd 182, Ros Kirkland 181, Tracy Hodgson 177 and Ancita Levy 170. The series went to Angela 664, also a record, followed by Julie 531, Ros Kirkland 505, Ros Shepherd 490, Leanne Gray 489, Lorraine Hazelwood 465, Janine 455, Tracy 454 and Marianne Keith 446. The male high game went to Nick Frost 258, Tony Sutton 256, Phil Spender 257, Matthew Jeffress 220, Nathan Bracey 217, William Scheers 214 and Matt Burchall 210. Leaders Lidcombe Hells Angels Scored 14½ and extended their early lead to 5½ points as 2nd place Bowlarama Lollipops scored 14. Fairfield Dragons scored 12 to take 3rd spot while Strathfield Saints scored 14 to hold 4th. Windsor Bushrangers scored 14 while Gosford Giants scored 16 on the bye. The high game was shared between Lollipops and Bushrangers with 911 each, while Hells Angels scored 907. The series went to Lollipops 2578, Bushrangers 2519 and Dragons 2494.
