Division 1 Week 16 – Campbelltown City – 28 May
The division bowled 2 pins under average with 41 200 games and 12 600 series. The high game went to Paul Neich 248, followed by Chris Bateup 246, Shane Bond 244, Josh Vanderkolk and Chris Greaves 243, Greg Farraway and George Antaky 236, Andrew Parker 235 and Shane again and reser ve Paul Katar 234. The series went to Chris Greaves 690, followed by Shane 658, Paul Neich 649, Chris Bateup and George 640, Darren Topolski 633, Alex Sole 626, Glenn Rowland 618, Matt Zerafa 617, and Greg 613. Leaders Strathfield Sandbaggers won 14-5 while 2nd place Campbelltown Cougars won 10-9. 3rd place Wetherill Park Guns lost 10-9 to Bowlarama Hotshots and 4th place Mittagong Reapers won 13-6 but all teams retained their positions on win percentage. Lidcombe Lightning scored 13 on the bye, Wetherill Park Bandits scored 10½ points in a close win, but Wetherill Park Phoenix won 15-4 to move one spot up the ladder. The high game went to Fairfield Bruises 972, followed by Hotshots 970 and Sandbaggers 966. The series went to Sandbaggers 2727, Cougars 2715 and Hotshots 2709.
Division 2 Week 14 – Tenpin City – 28 May
The division bowled 6 pins over average at Tenpin City with 37 200 games and 8 600 series. The high game went to Jared Kirkland 266, followed by team mate Rob Mitreski and Manny Bugay 263, David Stenstra 255, Ray Vandine 246 and 245, Graeme Pulbrook 245, Nicholas Liem 241, Jared again 239, Robert Vamvas 235 and Michael Pipe and Ricky Andrews 233. Leaders Bowlarama Alleycatz lost 10-9 to Windsor Wanderers and dropped to 2nd place as 3rd place Campbelltown Alleygators won 14-5 against 4th place Strathfield Sharks and overtook Alleycatz and Lidcombe Lyrebirds who lost 13-6 to Wetherill Park Rangers dropping to 3rd spot. Gosford Grenades won 15-4 and moved up 2 places to 8th spot while Tenpin City Slickers scored 12½ and Windsor Rockets 12. The high game went to Rockets with 1022, followed by Grenades with 1014 and 1007, then Rangers 949. The series and new high for the year went to Grenades 2929, followed by Rockets 2811 and Rangers 2738.
Division 3 Week 14 – Campbelltown City – 28 May
The division bowled 2½ pins under average at Campbelltown with 10 200 games and 1 600 series. The high game went to Chris Prince 247, followed by Brad Cook 229, Chris again 228, Matt Smith 227, reserve Josh Pinney 224, Tony Sutton 213, Richard Malcolm 209, Bob Quinn 199, Nick Frost with a pair of 194’s and Bruce Worrell 193. The series went to Chris 650, Matt 594, Bob 576, Tony 569, Brad 567, Richard 561, Nick 547, Bruce 544 and Kyle Keith-Wheatley 543. The ladies high game went to reserve Abigail Keith Wheatley with a personal best 222 followed by Lorraine Hazelwood 213 and 200, Julie Strickland 181, Angela Francis 178, Marianne Keith 177, Angela again 174, Tracy Hodgson 169, Lorraine again 167 and Ancita Levy with 163, 162 and 161. The series went to Lorraine 580, followed by Angela 508, Ancita 486, Abigail 474, Marianne and Julie 468, Ros Kirkland 455, Tracy 437 and Maxine 425.
Leaders Strathfield Saints won 13-6 and maintained their 3 point lead as Bowlarama Lollipops also sc ored 13 points. 3rd place Fairfield Dragons retained their spot winning a close game 10-9 against 4th place Wetherill Park All Stars who dropped to 5th as Gosford Giants scored 14 ½ on the bye. Lidcombe Hells Angels won 12-7 while Windsor Wonders won 10-9. The high game went to Saints with 912, followed by All Stars and Hells Angels both on 867. The series went to All Stars 2488, followed by Hells Angels 2487 and Dragons 2456.
