Div 1 Week 11 – AMF Rooty Hill – 22 April
The division bowled 2 pins under average at Rooty Hill with 42 200 games and 9 600 series. The high games went to Chris Greaves with 280, followed by Wolf Miller 264, Shane Bond and Chris again 259, Greg Farraway 233, Shane again 225, Ross Brown and Shane Brown 221 and Jason Raftry and Phil Meurant 219. The series went to Chris 754, followed by Shane Bond 671, Wolf 664, Peter Daly 624, Warren Cockerill 602, Josh Vanderkolk 601, Shane Brown 600, Ross Brown 597 and Greg Farraway 590. The ladies high game went to Amy Brown 244, followed by Sarah Heath with 225 and 222, Kylie Foster 219, Meaghan Curtis 212, Janice Edwards and Amy again 203, Kylie again 201 and Sandra Stanshall 196.
Leaders Tenpin City Reaper Crew extended their lead to 11½ points winning 14-5, while 2nd place lost 14-5 to Rooty Hill Rogues and dropped to 3rd spot as Wetherill Park Bandits won 12-7 to overtake them in 2nd place. Wetherill Park Guns won 11-8 to claim 4th place alone while Campbelltown Jaguars won 14-5. The high game went to Rogues 1002, followed by Jaguars 996 and Guns 974. The series went to Rogues 2942, followed by Reaper Crew 2864 and Jaguars 2829.
Div 2 Week 11 – AMF Rooty Hill – 22 April
The division bowled 2 pins over average at Rooty Hill with 35 200 g ames and 8 600 series. The high games went to Nathan O’Neill with 248 and 238, followed by Ray Vandine 234, Jared Kirkland 233, Robert Vamvas 232, Daniel Prince 231, Allan Taylor 227, Neil Mills 224 and Stephen Johnson 223. The high series went to Nathan 677, followed by Robert 673, Neil 649, Ray 635, Daniel 606, John Dowton 602, Nicholas Liem 600, Peter Prince 591 and Chris Prince and Tony Sutton 586. The ladies high game went to Madison McCooey 197, Melissa Webb 189, Maria Wrublewski 184, Madison again 183, Rebeccanne Farr 177, Dallas Archer 174, Angela Francis and Maria again 173 and Merle Turner 171. Leaders Rooty Hill Rhinos lost 13-6 to Bowlarama Dolphins but retained the top spot on win percentage from 2nd place Wetherill Whisperers who had pre-bowled some weeks ago and beaten Bowlarama Alleycatz 14-5. Strathfield Tigers retained 3rd spot wining 10-9 while 4th place Strathfield Sharks dropped back 1 point to 1½ points behind them losing 9-10 to Gosford Grenades. Windsor Wanderers won 12-7, Windsor Rockets won 10-9 and Campbelltown Alleygators scored 15 on the bye. The high game went to Alleygators 956, followed by Grenades 954 and Sharks 959. The series went to Whisperers in their pre-bowl at 2776, followed by Dolphins with the high series on the day of 2695 and Wanderers 2671.
Div 3 Week 11 – Windsor – 22 April
The division bowled on average at Windsor with 9 200 games. The high game went to Nathan Bracey 235, followed by Matt Jeffress 227, reserve Bob Cohen 223, Brad Cook 220, Les Dunn 213 and 204, Nick Frost 201 and Mark Goggin and William Scheers on 200. The series went to Bob Cohen 585, followed by Les 579, Matt 570, Brad 562, Bob Quinn 552, Nathan 547, Matt Burchell 544, William 541 and Matt Smith 523. The ladies high game was shared by Jane Austin, Ros Kirkland and reserve Kim Cook who all bowled a 199, followed by Christine Plunkett with 182 and 176, Debbie Liddell 174, Debbie van der Meer 169 and 168, with Marianne Keith and Kerry Horvat also scoring 168. Leaders Lidcombe Looneys extended their lead to 9½ points winning 17-2 while second place Strathfield Saints won 10 ½ - 8 ½ against equal 4th Rooty Hill Pikachoos. 3rd place Gosford Giants moved up to equal 2nd spot winning 12-7 while Wetherill Park All Stars won 12-7 and Windsor Bushrangers won 13-6. The high game went to Saints 882, followed by Rooty Hill Strikers 860 and Pikachoos 852. The series went to All Stars 2461, Giants 2441 and Strikers 2439.
