Div 1 Week 35 – Windsor Bowl – 21 October
The division bowled 8 pins under average at Windsor with 23 200 games and 3 600 series. The high game went to reserve Peter Adams 270, Ken Armstrong 247, Glenn Rowland 240, George Antaky 235, Dean Ainsworth 226, reserve Kristain Asquith 225, Chris Hampshire 223, Tony Zumbo 222, Mark Ward 221 and Chris Hampshire 216. The series went to Glenn 648, Peter 640, Mark 605, Ron Abdilla 598, Peter Daly 595, Brett Foster 592, Chris 589, Wolf Miller 588, Dean 584 and George 564. The ladies high game went to Kayleen Watts 204, reserve Susanne Jack 202 and 196, Janice Edwards 188, Helen Cios 185 and 180, Susanne again 175, Theresa Boyle 172, Meg Abdilla 170 and 168 and Evelyn O’Donnell 166. Leaders Wetherill Park Guns and 2nd place Tenpin City deferred their match to 4 November but both teams remain clear of the chasing teams. 3rd place Wetherill Park Bandits lost 12-7 to Rooty Hill Rogues allowing Campbelltown Cougars to catch them in equal 3rd spot as they won 11-8 against 5th place Bowlarama Hotshots. Gosford Gremlins won 15-4 while Rooty Hill Roos won 14-5. The high game went to Cougars 1025, followed by Hotshots 983 and Roos 955. The series went to Rogues 2761, Cougars 2752 and Gremlins 2703.
Div 2 Week 35 – Wetherill Park – 21 October.
The division bowled 9 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 52 200 games and 17 600 series. The high game went to Neil Mills 277, Michael Pipe 268, reserve Alex Sole 258 and 247, Dave Stenstra also 247, John Pope 244, Jared Kirkland 237 and Nathan O’Neil 236. The series went to Alex 700, Neil 670, Michael 655, Dave 646, Ray Vandine and David Landrigan 628, John 624, Mark Foster 619 and Jared and John Dowton 618. Leaders Strathfield Tigers won 14-5 extending their lead to 10 points as equal 2nd Wetherill Whisperers won 12½ - 6½ and Rooty Hill Rhinos won 12-7 to drop to 3rd by ½ point. 4th place Alleygators won 10-9 against 5th place Gosford Grenades allowing Bowlarama Alleycatz to move up to equal 5th winning 11-8. Campbelltown City Thunder continued their re surgence winning 15-4, their 7th game in a row, while Windsor Wanderers scored 15 on the bye. The high game went to Whisperers 1026, Bowlarama Dolphins 1004 and Thunder 983. The series went to Whisperers 2859, Tigers 2781 and Dolphins 2742.
Div 3 Week 35 – Campbelltown City – 21 October
The division bowled 1 pin under average at Campbelltown with 15 200 games and 2 600 series. The high game went to Matt Smith 265, Kain Creed 244, Matt again 230, William Scheers 221, Brad Cook 220, William again 218 and 217, Kain again 215, Mark Goggin 211, Robert Kelly 204 and Nick Frost 203. The high series went to William 656, Matt 640, Nick 595, Kain 572, Brad 558, Nathan Bracey 557, Mark 556, Kyle Keith-Wheatley 544, Matt Burchell 538 and Robert 526. Leaders Lidcombe Looneys won 12-7, while equal 2nd place Wetherill Park All Stars lost 13-6 to 4th place Campbelltown Dragons resulting in All Stars dropping to 3rd and Dragons taking 2nd spot. The other 2nd team, Rooty Hill Pikachoos lost 14-5 to Rooty Hill Strikers and dropped to 4th spot. Bowlarama Lollipops won 16½ - 2½ and Gosford Giants won 11-8. The high game went to Strikers 894, Dragons 884 and All Stars 871. The series went to Dragons 2583, Lollipops 2520 and Strikers 2461.
