Division 1

Week 1, Windsor Ten Pin Bowl

The division bowled an average of 147.4 in challenging conditions at Windsor with 4 200 games. The high game went to Jared Kirkland 231, Michael Campbell 211, Jared again 203, Garry Ridgeway and Peter Daly 180 and Garry again and David Chi 179. The series went to Jared 579, Garry 536, Michael 527, Peter 487, John Napper 477, Luke McMahon 464 and Jim Sammut 453. The ladies high game went to reserve Jessica Chi 211 and 192, Jodie Terry 179, Jessica again 174, Debbie van der Meer 172 and 166, Theresa Boyle 166, Helen Cios 156 and 154 and Theresa again 153. The series went to Jessica 577, Debbie 479, Theresa 457, Helen 443, Jodie 437, Ros Kirkland 420 and Casey Bates 406.

Tenpin City Cartel started the season strongly winning 16-1 with Gosford Grenades coming in second winning 14-3. 3rd place Windsor Rattlers won 11-6 against Windsor Ducks who ended up in 4th place while Bateau Bay Burglars scored 5 on the bye.to be placed in 5th. The high game went to Grenades 664, Rattlers 653 and Cartel 649. The series went to Rattlers 1906, Cartel 1871 and Grenades 1861.


Division 2

Week 1, Bateau Bay Tenpin Bowl

The division bowled an average of 149.5 at Bateau Bay with 9 200 games and 3 600 series. The high game went to Al Wilson 278, Mat Anderson 236 & 234, Ryan Twist 225, Tony Sutton 217, Ryan again and Les Kirkland 213, Ryan again 204, Derek Kellard 200 and Peter Prince 199! The series went to Ryan 642, Al 630, Mat 622, Les 578, Matt Burchell 568, reserve Ben Robins 550, Howie Goss & Tony 542, Wolf Miller 539 and Andrew Sparks 533. The ladies high game went to Louise Morgan 190, Melinda Murphy 180, Elaine Llewelyn 179, Maxine Jones 178, Vicki Howe 177, reserve Hayley van Bueren 175, Sandra Stanshall 173, Rhonda Gow and Hayley again 172 and Louise and Vicki 171.

Week 1 leaders are Gosford Canaries scoring a maximum 17 points on the bye, with Campbelltown City Chihuahuas and Wetherill Park Cobras both won 16-1 to be equal 2nd. Windsor Jokers won 15-2 to be 4th, while Campbelltown Castaways and Windsor Jesters both won 14-3 to be equal 5th. Lidcombe Looney Tunes won 11-6 to be 7th while Bowlarama Bandits won a close game 9-8 to end up in 8th place. The high game went to Chihuahuas 776, Castaways 710 and Wetherill Park Phoenix 674. The high series went to Chihuahuas with 2190, breaking the 4 man team record for Div 2 set in 2023. Castaways scored 2095 and Phoenix 1925.
