Week 6, Bateau Bay Tenpin Bowl

The division bowled 5 pins over average at Bateau Bay with 11 200 games, 1 700 series and 1 600 series. The high game went to Jim Sammut 278 (equalling the high game for the season) & 256, Peter Daly 235, Josh Vanderkolk 226, David Chi 223, Michael Howe 213, Peter again 209, Les Dunn 203, Peter McKenzie 200 and Garry Graham 199. The series went to Jim 709, setting a new high for the season, Peter 626, Josh 590, Les 554, David 553, Peter and Garry 551, David Blevins 530, Jim Vlahos 526 and Jared Kirkland 516. The ladies high game went to Rebbeccanne Farr 220, Cindy Bonaccorso 203, Helen Cios 191, Rebbeccanne again 187, Helen again 180, Cindy 176, Debbie van der Meer 173, Rebbeccanne again 171, Marianne Keith 170 and Helen again 167. The series went to Rebbeccanne 578, Helen 538, Cindy 499, Debbie 487, Marianne 457, Jasmine Hall 437 and Theresa Boye 416.

Leaders Tenpin City Cartel lost 12-5 to 4th place Gosford Grenades with Cartel dropping to 2nd place while Grenades moved up to 3rd spot. 2nd place Windsor Rattlers scored 13 on the bye to move into the top spot by 1 point and 3rd place Windsor Ducks won 10-7 but dropped to 4th place by 1 point. Windsor Fireballs won 12-5. The top 4 teams are separated by 4 points. The high game went to Wetherill Park Wyverns 762, Fireballs 738 and Ducks 723. The series went to Fireballs 2162, Wyverns 2059 and Ducks 2037.


Division 2

Week 8, Windsor Ten Pin Bowl

The division bowled 1 pin under average at Windsor with 9 200 games and 1 600 series. The high game went to Al Wilson 257, Derek Kellard 231, Mat Anderson 222, Danny Hunter 205, Al again 203, Paul Gibbs and Wolf Miller 202, Michael Pipe 200, Danny again 198 and Al again 197. The series went to Al 657, Danny 588, Paul 558, Michael 544, Howie Goss & Wolf 541. Mat & Ryan Twist 536 and Daniel Staples and Richard Malcolm 518. The ladies high game went to Natalie Hanna 234, setting a new high for the season, Nicole Wort 191, Melissa Webb 188, Debbie Liddell 187, Zoe Bird 179, Vicki Howe 177, Sheree Kellard 169, Kim Lewis & Vicki again 168, and Danielle Ewen with a pair of 164’s. The series went to Debbie 496, Vicki 487, Natalie 483, Kim 469, Melissa and Danielle 466, Sheree 458, Zoe 441, Sharon Murphy 433 and Nicole 428.

Leaders Campbelltown City Chihuahuas won 14-3 extending their lead to 30½ points as 2nd place Windsor Jesters won 10½ - 6½. 3rd place Windsor Jokers lost 13-4 to Wetherill Park Cobras and dropped to 5th spot while Cobras moved up to 10th spot. 4th place Bowlarama Bandits remained in 4th place winning 12-5 while 5th place Wetherill Park Wolf Pack scored 14 on the bye to move up to 3rd place. 9th place Campbelltown Castaways won 15-2 against 6th place Gosford Canaries and moved up to 6th spot while Canaries dropped to 11th. Tenpin Twilights won 12-5 to remain in 7th place. Bateau Bay Bogans won 12-5 to move up to 8th place. The high game went to Wetherill Park Phoenix 747, Jesters 733 and Bogans 707. The series went to Bogans 2049, Jesters 1984 and Wolf Pack 1942.
