Week 6, Bowlarama Wetherill Park
The division bowled 10 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 28 200 games, 1 700 series and 8 600 series. The high game went to Mat Anderson with a perfect 300, congratulations on his 2nd ever 300 game and first in Bowl Sydney. He was followed by Al Wilson 256, Danny Hunter & Daniel Staples both on 255, reserve Paul Neich and Derek Kellard 244, reserve Daniel Attieh 241, Al again 231, Michael Pipe 228 and Tony Sutton 227. The series went to Danny Hunter 702, Mat 661, Al 653, Derek 638, Tony 627, Daniel 619, reserve Michael Heynsdyk 610, Daniel Attieh 606, Paul 600 and Will Scheers 599. The ladies high game went to Melissa Webb 211, setting a new high for the year, and also a 196. She was followed by Maxine Jones 188, Melinda Murphy 183, Vicki Howe 182, Sharon Murphy 172, Melinda again 171, Vicki again and Melissa again 169 and Maxine again 167. The series went to Melissa 576, also a new high for the year, Melinda 508, Vicki 506, Maxine 499, Sharon 463, Natalie Hanna 441, Kim Lewis 424, Sandra Wort 416, Kat Staples 413 and Elaine Llewelyn 404.
Leaders Campbelltown City Chihuahuas won 13-4 against equal 4th place Gosford Canaries extending their lead to 12 points while Canaries dropped to 8th spot. 2nd place Windsor Jokers won 10-7. 3rd place Lidcombe Looney Tunes lost 15-2 to equal 4th place Bowlarama Bandits and Looney Tunes dropped to 10th place while Bandits remained in outright 4th as Windsor Jesters, also equal 4th place holders won 16-1 to take 3rd place 2 points behind Jokers. The other equal 4th place holders Windsor Mustangs lost 13-4 to Campbelltown Castaways who moved up to 5th place while Mustangs dropped to 9th. Wetherill Park Phoenix won 9-8 to move up to 7th spot while Bateau Bay Bogans won 13½ - 3½ to remain in 12th spot. The high game went to Jesters 808, setting a new high for the year, followed by Bogans 780 and Bandits 779. The series went to Bandits 2231, also setting a new high for the year, followed by Jesters 2203 (also beating the old mark) and Chihuahuas 2190 equaling the old mark
